Light amber yellow, limpid and crystalline, this Grappa expresses an intense aroma of hazelnut, licorice, vanilla, dry plum, black cherry and chocolate. The taste has a pleasant smoothness and a well-balanced sweet note. The end is persistent with memories of licorice, hazelnut and plum. This Grappa matures 4 years in big barrels of durmast and is produced through discontinuous distillation at a very low steam pressure.
