The core of this Grappa is made of the three noble varieties of grapes, hearth of the Monferrato wine making tradition: Barbera, Grignolino and Freisa. The Grappa gets older and for 20 years mitigates its flavour in small barrels of Slavonia’s durmast. With a yellow amber colour, it breathes out a rich and pleasant sensorial mix of cinnamon, saffron, black pepper, tobacco and a far note of peat.
